I’ve tried gelato at Eataly, Nanis gelato and other places in Toronto but Gemma’s Gelateria is hands down the most delicious and high quality gelato I have tasted. It has a vast variety of flavours and all in all a must visit if you’re in Yorkville and craving good gelato. A hit with the kiddies too.

Walked into great service with a smile from behind the counter. No idea on gelato flavors but the no problem as the attendant tossed up à few of her favorites and I was off.

The fruit flavours were too sweet for my taste, especially the watermelon. I recommend pairing a fruit flavour with something else like the mascarpone to make it less sweet.

I do appreciate the fact that the pear, peach, watermelon, berries tasted strongly like their respective fruit.
